As a Corporate Tax Manager, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality tax services to a diverse client portfolio. You will be responsible for managing tax compliance processes, providing advisory support, and mentoring a team of professionals. Key Responsibilities:
Provide expert guidance on corporate tax matters, ensuring compliance and advising on tax planning opportunities.
Build and maintain strong client relationships with a wide range of businesses, from owner-managed enterprises to multinational corporations.
Support business development initiatives, including networking, proposals, and client presentations.
Mentor and develop junior team members, sharing knowledge and support professional growth.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver comprehensive tax solutions and contribute to the overall success of the firm.
The ideal candidate will have:
ACA / ACCA qualification or equivalent (CTA qualification is an advantage).
Strong experience in corporate tax, including both compliance and advisory aspects.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with clients and colleagues effectively.
Leadership abilities, with a passion for mentoring and developing team members.
A proactive and adaptable approach, with a willingness to embrace change and drive continuous improvement.
