The Role:
We’re looking for a Kitchen Assistant to join our team at New Struan School. This role involves helping with meal preparation and maintaining a clean, safe kitchen environment for the pupils.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Support meal preparation and service for school lunches.
2. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in all food preparation and storage areas.
3. Perform various kitchen and dining room duties, including setup, cleaning, and upkeep.
4. Engage in coaching and reflective practices to foster personal and professional growth.

Knowledge and Experience:
8. Food Hygiene certificate for handling and preparing food (or willingness to obtain one).
9. Familiarity with Scottish Autism’s policies and procedures (training provided)
