Supporting service users to improve or maintain their mental health and wellbeing Collect and accurately record service user data onto a secure database in a timely manner Liaising with colleagues, partner organisations and professional agencies to support service user need Keep up to date with the various services offered by NHS and third sector providers to enable appropriate information and signposting Conduct regular dynamic risk assessment and take appropriate and timely actions to manage the risks in relation to staff, service users and buildings Provide an excellent person-centred service 1:1 Interventions and Wellbeing sessions and focused signposting/referrals, for service users predominantly under 18 years of age 5. To carry a case load of service users (children and young people) and to effectively manage all client contact DNAs (Did not attend or not supported by parent/carer or trusted adult to attend appointment), appointment reminders, etc and to agree the most appropriate next steps, ie, signposting to another service etc 6.
