Service Administrator : Part Time
12:month contract
16 hours a week : over 3 or 4 days
GBP14.00 : GBP15.00 per hour dependent on experience
Location: Based on site in Luton
Our client established over 55 + years ago are looking for a part time Service Administrator for a 12:month contract.
We are looking for a focused individual to provide comprehensive support to the service department, handling customer inquiries, managing engineers schedules and maintaining accurate records of service contracts and supporting documentation.
Responsibilities: Service Administrator
* Answering incoming email and telephone calls.
* Liaising with customers with service contract schedules via telephone and email.
* Responding to customer service visit call out requests (Breakdowns).
* Raising customer quotations for work prior to engineers attending site.
* Plan, prioritise and support the movement of service engineers to customer locations.
* Scheduling engineers and customers calendars for up:and:coming visits .
* On customer requests send out Risk Assessment / Method Statement (RAMS).
* Daily communication with technicians to manage and respond to customer requirements.
* Ensuring the CRM / customer records are kept fully up to date.
* Checking of engineers completed service reports along with supporting documentation.
* Generating calibration certificates from engineers raw data collected on site.
* Passing on completed service reports for invoicing.
* Entering information onto Excel for service reports logs.
* Liaising with colleagues and departments to provide support to customers.
Skills / Experience: Service Administrator
* Excellent communication skills and telephone manner.
* Proficient in administration, particularly in Excel and Microsoft packages.
* Effective multitasking ability and composure under pressure.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
