About the Role
Educated Appointments is delighted to be working with an Ofsted Outstanding Provider of apprenticeships within the IT, Tech, and Digital Sector to recruit an SME Account Relationship Manager.
The client's relationships are their top priority. They seek a dedicated and personable Account Manager to maintain and grow client accounts and serve as their main point of contact. Ideal candidates will come from backgrounds in recruitment, sales, or customer service, with a passion for helping others and providing exceptional customer service.
You will join the SME Account Management Team, working with SME organizations to identify skill gaps and support their growth. You will assist employers while learners are on-programme and collaborate with Coaches to develop action plans and address concerns. As learners near completion, discussions about progressing onto a Level 4 Programme will begin.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as the main point of contact for your assigned customer accounts.
* Identify and generate new sales within your accounts, including progressions, upselling, and cross-selling.
* Coordinate with colleagues working on the same account to ensure excellent service.
* Resolve service or performance issues within your accounts.
* Develop and maintain long-term relationships, aiming to retain the majority of accounts beyond existing service.
* Maintain and improve account retention rates.
* Communicate client needs and demands to senior management.
* Forecast and track client account metrics.
* Keep records of client transactions.
