Our client, a successful Estate Agency is urgently looking for an experienced Head of Property Management to join their busy office in Norwich.
The successful candidate will manage an individual portfolio of properties and complete all administrative tasks to a high standard, providing outstanding customer service and supporting other colleagues within the property management team.
Working Hours:

The successful Head of Property Management will be offered:
2. Up to £40,000 basic salary

Requirements for the role of a Head of Property Management
7. Previous Property Manager experience essential
8. ARLA qualified desirable
9. Highly organised and a positive work ethic
10. Ability to work well under pressure
11. Organise and manage your time and workload
12. Computer literate
13. Strong and effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
14. Upbeat personality and strong work ethic
Responsibilities for the role of a Head of Property Management:
15. Manage an individual portfolio of properties
16. Oversee the team
17. Client liaising
18. Overseeing a team of office-based Property Managers
19. Ensuring the team meet their KPI's
20. Operating within a given budget
21. Maintaining communication with a wide branch network
22. Organising inventories/check-ins
23. Property visits
24. Appointment and monitoring of contractors/organising quotes for repair/maintenance on behalf of landlords and overseeing works
25. Deposits resolution
26. Ensuring statute obligations are met
27. Collection of rent
28. Administration of new tenancies and tenancy extensions
29. General office administration includes taking telephone enquiries and responding to emails
