We are looking for a Service Desk Engineer in our Infrastructure team. Funding Circle is seeking a customer-focused, efficiency-driven Service Desk Engineer with an eye for innovation, quick thinking, and effective collaboration across teams such as Client Platform, IT Infrastructure, InfoSec, and Workplace Services. In this role, you'll provide technical support and input across diverse programs of work.
The role:
* Providing excellent customer service to colleagues and key stakeholders
* Incident Management, addressing user inquiries and technical issues
* Request Management for new starter/leavers and application requests
* Providing IT support and systems administration
* First point of contact for on-site or remote support technical issues
* Manage and prioritize support tickets
* Documentation/User training
What we're looking for:
* Professionally experienced in a similar support role
* Demonstrable skills in G-Suite administration, JIRA & Confluence administration/development
* Knowledgeable of Microsoft Active Directory as well as Okta or other SSO
* Experienced with centralized management tools/Endpoint management (e.g. Jamf Pro, PDQ or similar, MS InTune and Autopilot)
* Proficient with printing services, audio-visual support, and meeting room management
* Adept in Windows 11 and macOS deployment, configuration, patching, and troubleshooting
* Competent in building/imaging and configuring equipment and systems to business specifications
* Knowledge of security tools like Netskope
* Proactively problem-solving, identifying and confidently mitigating any risks, issues, or control weaknesses that arise in your day-to-day
Bonus Points for the following:
* Experience in JIRA Cloud, development of Service Desks, Amazon AWS, Google GAM, ITIL 4, and any experience of programming or scripting languages e.g. Powershell
