Job Introduction
We are looking for passionate and dedicated qualified physiotherapists to join our team in North Kent as part of our new way of working on the bank.
Working at a Band 5 rate / level, you will play a vital role in assessing, planning, and implementing physiotherapy treatments for a diverse caseload of patients.
You will work across various settings providing high-quality care to help patients achieve their rehabilitation goals.
There are opportunities to work across Dartford, Gravesend, Sittingbourne and Sheppey.
Main Responsibility
Within this role you will:
1. Complete holistic initial assessments with patients
2. Devise treatment plans in line with patient's goals
3. Liaise with family members/relatives and carers
4. Implement and deliver treatment interventions
5. Complete follow up review visits with patients
6. Delegate to support worker colleagues
The Ideal Candidate
This is an opportunity to put your Degree in Physiotherapy to great use. You will have a full driving license with access to a car, you will be motivating, innovative and adaptable, with the ability to work flexibly across specialities as need arises, holding the HCPC registration. With strong communication and organisation skills, and a flexible approach you will ensure delivery of positive experiences to patients at every stage of their healthcare journey.
You will also need to be confident using IT systems and be able to demonstrate working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages i.e. Outlook, Word, Excel.
