Project Manager (Welwyn Garden City Business Unit)
Location: Welwyn Garden City Project Based, with flexibility for occasional remote working
We are looking for an experienced and talented Project Manager to successfully manage allocated multidisciplinary projects and their associated activities from conception through to completion within the Welwyn Garden City Business unit.

About the role:
1. Successfully manage allocated multidisciplinary projects and their associated activities from conception through to completion.
2. Deliver work that meets project requirements.
3. Work autonomously with self-awareness on when and where to get support.
4. Ensure outstanding customer satisfaction throughout the project.
Ideally you will have:
* Significant experience in the main contracting market with experience of working on education, leisure residential and prison schemes between £15 and £50 million.
* Blue light experience, Pre Construction experience with an understanding of RIBA Stages.
What are we looking for?
As an experienced Project Manager, you will have a good understanding of JCT, NEC contracts, and government frameworks. You will be educated to degree, HNC/HND level or be professionally qualified in a relevant technical discipline.
You will have proven experience of working with and managing contractors on complex construction projects. You will also have a good understanding of commercial issues affecting project performance.
