We at Direct Healthcare Group Ltd are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Team Leader to join our team at our flagship manufacturing facility in Caerphilly. As our Warehouse Team Leader you will be primarily responsible for the management and control of inventory in our Warehouse. As Warehouse Team Leader you will: Use your people skills to full advantage when managing, motivating and organising a small team of Warehouse Operators in our modern manufacturing environment. Showcase your organisational skills when working with our Planners, Buyers and Operations on stock forecasting and ordering to ensure no delays/stock-outs occur. Be confident when using our computer systems, barcoding and other traceability systems Display effective inventory management skills including regular stock checks with the finance department. Demonstrate awareness of health and safety whilst being responsible for the upkeep of the warehouse building, tools, forklifts and warehouse IT equipment. Be responsible for 5S / Lean manufacturing initiatives within the warehouse. Have a hands-on approach to operating a Counterbalance and Reach Truck if required.
