About the team SMB International is an end-to-end line of business supporting small to medium-sized businesses across the UK and Ireland. We support businesses from £50k up to £50m card turnover, providing in-store and online payment solutions as well as value-added services to support them grow their business. The SMB International business is supported by a number of core functions including Operations, Marketing, Go-To-Market and Finance, working across the regions to drive commercial impact. What you’ll own This role sits within our two-year Business Breadth program, ideal for future leaders who want to explore a world of opportunity in the payments industry. This track offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to every part of the SMB International Business within Worldpay. You’ll build a strong understanding of the key processes, technologies and tools that are at the core of the business. Across four six-month rotations in Field Sales, Partnership Management, Analytics and Project Management and, Business Management you will build foundational industry knowledge and drive key initiatives that are the future of online and in-store payments. This program is designed for ambitious graduates who are keen to develop their commercial knowledge. You’ll learn about how different functions work together to contribute to our global success. The start date for the program will be in July 2025.
