We're looking for a Maintenance Supervisor tojoin our FM team based on site inEssex.
Location: On site- Essex
Hours: 40 hours per week,Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities
As a Maintenance Supervisor, you'll be workingwithin the Facilities team, supporting them in Maintenancetasks across the site.
Your day to day will include:
* Manage Kier engineers& subcontractors
Manage Reactive, PPM& Quote works
* Ensure 5 SHEW Basics are actioned& followed
* Develop the engineersto ensure that they have the correct skill set to tackle thefirst line reactive jobs and planned preventative tasksrequired within the responsible area
Ensure that allengineers are appropriately qualified, are aware of the risks andcontrols required for their tasks and take all practicablecourse of action to ensure a safe workingenvironment
* Ensure that the asset base isaccurate within responsible area and maintained in suitable formatfor the required CAFM system.
