About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and adaptable Business Development Representative to join our team in our expanding UK office in Richmond. The ideal candidate will be incredibly tenacious and eager to learn and develop their sales experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. In this role, you’ll focus on building new relationships with senior executives via cold calling and email campaigns and smashing sales quotas and meetings targets. What you’ll be doing
1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling and networking
2. Research potential prospects and clients using Sales and prospecting tools
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
4. Achieve meetings booked and activity targets to support revenue growth
5. Collaborate with internal teams and technical experts to ensure seamless delivery of products and services
6. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry
7. Attend business events and conferences to strengthen and build new relationships with potential prospects and represent inforcer and promote the company's offerings

Skills We Need for This Role
1. Previous experience in Sales or high activity role such as business development would be highly beneficial
2. Demonstrated consistent overachievement against targets and quota
3. Experience selling tech or SaaS products would be highly advantageous
4. Ability to communicate professionally and develop relationships at the executive level
5. Drive to focus on prospecting and developing new client relationships
6. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
7. Strong motivation and the ability to inspire and drive results
8. Ability to meet deadlines, and maintain high attention to detail
