Job Description MRI/Breast Radiographer Pinehill Hospital - Hitchin Full Time - 37.5 hours per week Salary: Competitive Job Summary We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated MRI Radiographer with experience within breast imaging to join our patient-centred team at Pinehill Hospital. This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality imaging services and has a strong awareness of the MRI environment, prioritising patient safety. The Role The successful candidate will: Have experience in orthopaedic, general, and MRI contrast lists. Have experience within breast imaging. Possess a thorough knowledge of MRI policies and procedures. Demonstrate excellent organisational and communication skills. Liaise effectively with the multidisciplinary team (MDT) as part of daily routines. Key Responsibilities Provide a high standard of patient care and treatment. Stay up-to-date with scanning protocols to ensure high-quality imaging. Process radiology bookings efficiently. Carry out RIS/PACS processes promptly. Maintain patient care and confidentiality in accordance with Ramsay policies. Report faults and departmental concerns efficiently. Essential Qualities Diploma or degree in Diagnostic Radiography MRI Post Graduate Certificate would be desirable HCPC registered. Previous MRI experience. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a team and autonomously when required. Passion for delivering high-quality diagnostic services. Organised, flexible, and possess good time management skills. Evidence of post-registration development and a desire to learn.
