Wood is recruiting for a O&M Integrity Planner Scheduler to join its Integrity Engineering business focusing on managing and organizing process equipment data and regulatory documentation. This opportunity is onsite, based in Three Rivers, TX.
The Role
As an O&M Integrity Planner Scheduler, you will assist our Integrity Engineering team with various tasks related to building and managing upload templates for process equipment, reviewing vendor data, and organizing regulatory documentation. This role requires strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Key responsibilities:
* Assist Integrity Engineering with building upload Excel templates for process equipment
* Set up Excel upload templates required for each major process and well site facility
* Review vendor data, P&ID drawings, manufacturer QA/QC, and inspection reports
* Collaborate with Integrity Engineering, Facility Engineering, and Maintenance Operations to obtain necessary data for building schedules
* Collect and organize data such as installation dates, pipe size/material/length, coating information, SAP ID numbers, etc.
* Assist the Regulatory group with researching federal and state regulations and organizing regulatory documentation, including chemical data, pigging information, and production data
QUALIFICATIONS
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
Expected:
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Basic understanding of regulatory requirements and documentation processes is a plus
Desirable:
* Familiarity with P&ID drawings and QA/QC processes
* Experience with SAP or similar enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems
* Knowledge of federal and state regulations related to process equipment and maintenance operations
