We are delighted to be working with this growing manufacturer based out of Royston. They are recruiting for an IT Support Technician to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.
Key responsibilities will include:
Being the first point of contact for technical issues
Responding to tickets remotely and in-person
Diagnosing issues with hardware and software
Undertaking a range of projects assigned by the IT Manager
Stock management of IT equipment
Educating users on best practices
Setting up new starters on IT equipment
The successful candidate will have:
Experience in similar role
Willingness to learn and a passion for technology
Experience with Windows, Apple and Android products
Understanding of networking
Excellent troubleshooting abilities
Strong communication skills
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
Driving license and access to a vehicle
