About the Role: Temp-Perm contract Teaching Year 7 students with SEMH needs, working at a primary academic level Delivering creative and engaging lessons tailored to individual learning plans Managing challenging behaviour in a firm but supportive manner Working closely with support staff, therapists, and other educators to ensure each child's holistic development Aiming to transition into a permanent role after the initial temporary contractWhat We're Looking For: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience in a primary or SEN setting Strong behaviour management skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure Experience or willingness to work with students with SEMH needs Passionate about inclusive education and making a real difference in the lives of vulnerable students Available to start immediatelyWhy Join Us?
