Mid-Trent Multi Academy Trust is seeking to appoint a Lunchtime Supervisor at St Peter’s CE Primary School. Set in the delightful village of Hixon, we are a small, friendly and popular primary school dedicated to providing a broad and balanced curriculum allowing pupils to thrive. There is a warm and friendly atmosphere at the school and the children are at the heart of everything we do.
We wish to appoint a caring and enthusiastic Lunchtime Supervisor to join our friendly motivated Lunchtime Team. The successful candidate will provide a high level of care for all of the children during school lunchtimes.
You will take responsibility for the pupils’ welfare, safety, and supervision during the lunch break. Experience in a school environment is desirable but not essential.
Duties include:
1. Supervising and assisting children whilst they eat lunch.
2. Ensuring children are safe, happy, and well-behaved during lunchtime.
3. Supervising children outside on the playground or in classrooms/hall throughout lunchtime.
4. Administering basic first aid.
The successful candidate will be reliable and flexible and will start work as soon as clearances are received.
