A Science Technician is needed in a Non-Denominational All-Boys Secondary School & Sixth Form in West London.
This Science Technician role will be full time and temporary in the first instance, with scope for an extension.
Assisting the Science department in all areas will be the all-encompassing responsibility for this Science Technician post.
Safely managing, preparing and storing practical materials will be a key element of this Science Technician role.
As a Science Technician at the school, there may be times you will be expected to cover Science lessons in the absence of the class teacher.
The rates of pay for this Science Technician position will be between GBP90 to GBP140 a day, depending on the qualifications and experiences of each applicant.

Located in the London Borough of Hounslow, the school is a short distance from the River Thames.
In the most recent inspection, the school was rated 'Good' across all areas by Ofsted.
It is one of the oldest schools in the area, tracing its history back to 1630.
From Year 7 to 11, the school has an intake for boys only with girls being admitted to the school's Sixth Form.

Requirements
Applications are welcome if you are a recent Science Graduate or experienced Science Technician.
You are also encouraged if you are a British trained Science Technician or overseas trained Science Technician.

* Right to work in the UK
* Clear and up to date Enhanced DBS
* BSc Degree in a relevant field of Science
* Experience as a Science Technician in UK schools or experience of working in a lab setting
