We are currently recruiting for a Receptionist/Office Services Assistant to join our Office Services team in our Banbury office.

Job Role:
* Representing the firm with a friendly, positive attitude and professional appearance.
* Meeting and greeting clients and visitors
* Answering and forwarding phone calls
* Scheduling appointments and meeting rooms and times.
* Cleaning, organising, and maintaining the reception area.
* Completing administrative tasks, such as organising files and delivering and accepting mail
* Delivering an exceptional service across Banbury offices
* Assisting with catering/office supplies
Person Specification:
1. Previous experience working as a Receptionist, Front of House
