First of all; Who are we and why do we exist?
Addmustard is a brand, marketing and technology agency for entrepreneurs.
From world-class research, creative, marketing, data and customer technology, we help our clients join up their brand, marketing, and technology to build tangible value in their businesses.
We are a team of 50 brilliant brand, marketing and technology experts: a core in-house team based in Soho, London. And another in Brighton, Sussex. Supported by a network of specialists from around the world.
And who exactly are we looking for?
We’re looking for an experienced CRO / UX specialist to support our extraordinary creative and performance teams. Probably someone who has 5+ years’ experience in related roles. You will play a key role in identifying, designing and executing important quantitative and qualitative conversion optimisation tests across desktop, mobile and app.
Working alongside our Creative Director, Senior Designers, and Performance and Analytics department, you will be an extension of our award-winning teams in Brighton and Soho. Experience within a fast-paced commercial agency is highly beneficial, or alternatively a background working in a freelance capacity alongside agencies. If you have a portfolio of projects that include your approach to auditing and testing interfaces, we’d love to see it.
What cuts our mustard?
* Proven experience in auditing client and competitor websites to identify key barriers or opportunities for conversion performance and user experience improvements.
* In-depth knowledge of marketing and sales funnel strategies.
* Good knowledge of user experience and user interface design: always questioning the best ways for customers and users to interact and digest content.
* Skilled in mapping and analysing conversion funnels.
* Experience creating CRO test hypotheses and building, monitoring and analysing CRO experiments across a range of testing software including VWO, Google Optimise, or similar.
* Strong understanding of high-conversion copywriting techniques.
* Proficient with analytics and heat-mapping tools to track user behaviour.
* An original and innovative mind, always searching for a better way to communicate, inspire and delight.
* Experience creating CRO test hypotheses and building, monitoring and analysing CRO experiments across a range of testing software including VWO, Mida, Optimizely, A/B Tasty, Google Analytics 4, or similar.
How are we different?
We’re different in so many ways.
We understand the unique pressures and challenges of funding and growing an entrepreneurial business.
We work on performance fee structures, aligning us with our clients’ financial objectives. So they can make intelligent marketing and technology investment decisions, grow their businesses profitably and build tangible, balance sheet value in their brands.
We take all of this very seriously. But you’ll be pleased to know, we take ourselves a little less seriously.
What does that mean for you?
We pride ourselves on being straight-talking, diligent, good value and innovative in everything we do for our entrepreneurial clients. Equally, we pride ourselves in being open, honest, innovative and hard working in everything we do for our team.
You’ll be surrounded and supported by a team who embolden and challenge you to go into every day with those values in mind. We’ve built (and are very proud of) our completely flat and integrated organisational structure – we don’t care where the good ideas come from, as long as they can be turned into something astonishing and tangible.
And when those ideas get made, we love nothing more than to celebrate them.
What’s in it for you?
In return for your experience, creativity and incredible mind, you can expect:
* To work alongside industry experts at the forefront of brand, marketing and technology.
* Be part of an amazing, sociable and supportive team with far too frequent socials.
* Work with entrepreneurial brands on innovative, ground-breaking campaigns and projects.
* The option to work from our offices in Brighton’s Laines and eclectic Soho.
* Do what you love without the restrictions of a 9-5 working schedule.
* Take on as many, or as few, projects as you like, enabling you to match your work commitments to your lifestyle.
How to apply
If we’ve piqued your interest, we’d love to hear from you. Send your CV, a covering letter, and any examples of your work to talent@addmustard.com, explaining why you think you’d cut the mustard.
