Job Opportunity: Year 6 Teacher in Walsall
An inspiring school in Walsall is seeking a Year 6 Teacher to join their team starting September 2024.
The school has recently achieved a ‘Good’ rating from Ofsted and aims to reach Outstanding. They are looking for an ambitious teacher who can start effectively and work collaboratively to contribute to the school's journey towards excellence. The class consists of 20 students, part of a larger year group divided into three cohorts.
The ideal candidate will have experience with SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities) and SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health) needs, along with strong behaviour management skills.
Responsibilities:
* Understand and implement the KS2 National Curriculum.
* Plan and deliver creative, engaging lessons.
* Collaborate with colleagues on cross-curricular initiatives.
* Create a positive, inclusive environment where all students feel valued and respected.

All pay rates include statutory holiday pay. This is a temporary position, with potential for permanent roles in the future.
