Customer Service - Thame - Temporary Role Pertemps Aylesbury is currently recruiting for a Customer Service Admin temporarily based in Thame. Hours: between 8am-5pm (can be flexible) Hourly rate: £12.50Start date: Monday 14th OctoberDuties: - Taking inbound calls from customers and dealing with inquiries- Booking appointments for engineers to attend- Working closely with the buying department with regards to ordering parts, creating invoices, and chasing payments.- Updating the system with all notes from the engineers and follow-ups.
