What we are looking for...
We are looking for a creative and driven individual looking to work as an in-house graphic designer within the travel industry at our Head Office in Kingston. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious individual to apply their skills and knowledge to a range of creative disciplines within digital media. This person will take a lead on all graphic design and web content whilst assisting in relaying our overall brand vision and core values across social media, web development, digital marketing and throughout all marketing efforts through visual branding.
Responsibilities:
* Be confident in putting forward new creative ideas to the team and help develop the TruTravels branding through an ever-changing market by consistently evolving and elevating our visual output.
* Design and produce content for a range of digital assets (website, email, social media, advertising & any print work) using the brand's style and tone of voice.
* An ability to build on and enhance existing artwork and come up with creative new ideas to elevate the brand further.
* Take an interest in marketing - working closely with the marketing team.
* Work to enhance our website and suggest new designs for our pages (existing interest in UX/UI is great)
* An ability to think creatively, contributing to the brand’s growth in image and media presence.
* Ensure that all work is created to an exceptionally high standard on deadline and on brand.
What you’ll need to be:
* Organized & efficient with the ability to stay on top of your schedule
* Forward-thinking and have the ability to strategically create engaging visual content that is both on-brand and relative alongside our social media manager
* Confident in web design and maintenance.
* Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud, namely: Illustrator, Photoshop & InDesign
* Experience with Lightroom.
* Experience in video editing is a plus.
* Well organised and a good team player.
