About the Role
Reporting to the Site Maintenance Lead, the Production Shift Manager will be accountable for taking a proactive approach in providing Production leadership across the site and driving continuous improvement.
Production Leadership: Provide strong leadership to the Production team, ensuring that the team delivers against Production and output KPI's & targets.
Team Development: Supporting with day-to-day upskilling and long term development of the Production team.
Operational Excellence: Ensuring 100% customer service levels and quality products and standards delivered to the customer.

Key Skills and Experience Required:
Management Experience: Experience of people management, ideally with large teams and managing through managers, with proven experience in leading teams and delivering results.
Food Manufacturing: Experience of Food Production & Manufacturing, but not necessarily within baked goods.
Continuous Improvement: Strong track record of driving improvement initiatives and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Communication and Leadership: Excellent communication skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and effectively lead a team.
Results-Oriented: Experienced in implementing strategies to enhance performance and operational efficiency.
This is a full-time, permanent position based at Dronfield Derbyshire. The working hours are Wednesday-Saturday / Thursday-Saturday, 6:00 - 18:00 as above.
