The Role:
We’re looking for someone with a strong desire to succeed in sales, a talent for building relationships, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This role involves managing existing accounts, driving new business, and contributing to our growth trajectory.
Key Responsibilities:
Account Management:
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
* Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
* Serve as a trusted partner to clients, offering tailored solutions to meet their needs.
Business Development:
* Proactively seek out new opportunities to expand Keplin Group's client base, particularly in the retail sector.
* Deliver compelling sales pitches and represent the brand at trade shows, such as the Spring Fair.
* Sales Operations:
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
* Track sales metrics, monitor performance, and provide regular updates to leadership.
* Market Knowledge:
* Stay ahead of market trends and share insights to influence future product offerings.
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience in account management, ideally in B2B or retail.
* A track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
* Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Familiarity with CRM tools and the Microsoft Office Suite.
* Highly organised, with excellent time management and attention to detail.
Essential Traits:
* Passion for sales and representing products with pride.
* Positive, can-do attitude with resilience in fast-paced environments.
* Proactive approach to solving challenges and seizing opportunities.
Educational Experience:
Minimum Requirement: GCSEs (or equivalent) in core subjects including English and Maths.
Preferred: A-Level qualifications (or equivalent).
A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a bonus but not essential.
