Are you passionate about creating innovative learning solutions that inspire and educate? Do you have a keen eye for detail and a curiosity about understanding and addressing training needs? If so, we want you to join our dynamic Learning & Development (L&D) team as a Learning Design Consultant.
This role will work closely with the L&D team and key stakeholders in the business to understand the learning needs and drive the approach for learning content that will inspire and educate as we create content to support propositions, commercial acumen, skills and knowledge required for Partners and Employees to succeed.
What You’ll Be Doing:
1. Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders to identify and address their strategic training needs.
2. Support the Head of L&D Consultancy in conducting comprehensive Training Needs Analysis, filtering requests, and gathering crucial information.
3. Apply your expertise in instructional design to create detailed plans for learning solutions, ensuring they align with business objectives and L&D strategy.
4. Design and deliver engaging and effective learning content using Articulate 360 and other authoring tools, supporting propositions, commercial savvy, skills, and knowledge for partners and employees.
5. Represent and support the L&D team in various projects, ensuring seamless integration and collaboration within the matrix organisation.
6. Serve as a subject matter expert in consultancy and instructional design, championing standard methodologies and innovation in learning content.
7. Implement agile processes to develop and deliver high-quality, accessible learning content that adheres to corporate and L&D guidelines.
Who We’re Looking For:
8. Expertise in TNA: Solid understanding of training needs analysis methodologies, including change and impact assessments.
9. Proficiency in ADDIE: In-depth understanding and application of the ADDIE model in instructional design.
10. Tech-Savvy: Competence in using Articulate 360 and other digital learning platforms and authoring tools.
11. Learning Excellence: Demonstrated commitment to learning excellence, innovation, and best practices in content creation.
12. Consultancy Skills: Sound consultancy skills with the ability to present clear, actionable solutions aligned with business requirements.
13. Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to influences across all organisational levels.
14. Travel Ready: Willingness to travel as required.
