Role Overview
We're currently looking to appoint an experienced Compliance Manager to join our Richmond or Sevenoaks office.
The successful candidate will be the key point of contact to guide, support and ensure the lettings division is compliant with: HMO Licensing, Cladding & MEES.
Requirements:
1. Qualifications: ARLA Propertymark Technical Award as a minimum
2. 5 years + experience working in the lettings industry
