* Job Title: Support Worker
* Contract Type: Fixed term until 31/07/2025
* Salary: £25,965.41 (£27,112.48 after 18 months of successful performance)
* Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week, full time
* Working Pattern: 8-week rolling roster, alternate weekends, some bank holiday working

* Experience working with vulnerable people
* Experience delivering structured support and risk management
* A caring, empathetic, resilient, and team-oriented attitude
* Understanding of supporting vulnerable individuals, possibly with lived experience of homelessness or addiction
* Flexibility to work hours that meet customer and business needs, including lone working

Role Profile
Supporting Customers: Using Trauma-Informed Care to develop support plans, conduct reviews, promote independence, and signpost external services.
Service Delivery: Managing referrals, maintaining safety, administering duties, and collaborating with partners. Flexibility to work various hours and travel within the area is required.
