We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Manager to join our friendly team at Longlea Nursing Home in Sandhurst. Longlea is a welcoming care home with 22 beds, located in the heart of Maidenhead, and we are looking for a leader who is committed to providing high-quality care to our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the home, ensuring it runs smoothly and efficiently.
2. Lead and inspire the care team to deliver the best care to residents.
3. Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and company policies.
4. Build strong relationships with residents, their families, and staff.
Qualifications & Experience:
1. Registered Nurse with an active NMC PIN is preferred, but we will consider applications from candidates with strong management experience in a care setting.
2. Proven leadership and management experience in a similar environment.
3. Excellent communication and organisational skills.
4. A passion for making a positive difference in the lives of elderly residents.
