Westlakes Recruit are currently recruiting for an experienced Cleaning Support Manager on a permanent basis, to be located in West Cumbria.
The job involves managing a team of Operational Supervisors and Cleaning Operatives to ensure the delivery of service level requirements for the contract. The job holder will be responsible for ensuring compliance with BICS industry standards and adhering to all Health and Safety requirements associated with the working environment. Your leadership will drive operational excellence, innovation, and customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in strong people management skills, familiarity with customer audits, and a proven ability to lead and collaborate with a diverse workforce. Competence in the application of MS systems is required. While previous experience working within a facilities management function is desirable, it is not essential. The individual must have a qualification or experience in line management or equivalent. Additionally, the candidate must hold a current driving license and be able to achieve full security clearance.
