An exciting opportunity for a Finance Assistant to work for a leading media business in London Your new company You will work for a successful online media, publishing, production and events business, based in their London city office. Your new role This permanent Finance Assistant job has come about due to a team restructure. Reporting to the Finance Director, you will work in a team of four. Your responsibilities will include (but not be limited to): End to end Accounts Payable, with varying volumes due to high/low event schedules PO reconciliation Expenses, largely for staff travel Raising sales invoices Posting and allocation of receipts Ongoing process improvement Reconciliation of sales and production accounts Creating management reports This is a full-time role (Monday to Friday), although for the right candidate, four days will be considered. What you'll need to succeed The successful candidate will evidence recent, relevant experience working in a similar Finance/Accounts Assistant role, with experience spanning both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable. Xero system experience is advantageous, but by no means essential.
