Purchasing Administrator - Full-Time Position
Headstock Group is a leading musical equipment brand owner and distributor, seeking a talented Purchasing Administrator to join its team. This role provides an excellent opportunity to work on a broad range of tasks, collaborating with world-renowned music brands.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Liaise with suppliers to confirm and manage purchase orders, and arrange shipments
* Collaborate with logistics partners to ensure smooth product delivery
* Maintain accurate shipment data on internal systems
* Administer manufacturing workflows and production orders
* Manage key company data
**Candidate Profile:**
* Fluent in English with exceptional written and verbal communication skills
* Excellent administrative and analytical skills, with attention to detail
* Efficient workflow management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and juggle multiple tasks
* Proven success in both independent and collaborative team environments
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
* UK resident
* Strong IT literacy, including MS Office
* Competent writing skills and numeracy, supported by Maths and English qualifications to a minimum of Grade C/4 at GCSE level or equivalent
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Knowledge of SAP Business One is beneficial
