Evidencia Life Sciences is a Specialist Recruitment Consultancy within the Life Sciences sector, founded in 2012 and has helped companies to launch treatments that have improved and saved thousands of lives. Based in Horsham, the company recruits across the globe for our Clients, and attends international conferences and meetings every year across the US and Europe.
The Role
This an exciting position, with variation and ongoing development and is a key role in our business. The role itself will cover three main areas:
* Managing our Social Media across LinkedIn, Instagram and Twitter – producing and posting content such as reels, images and posts using tools such as Canva
* Leading the internal recruitment piece - attracting new talent, initial screening, managing recruitment campaigns and proactive outreach to potential hires of interest
* Managing the office day to day, including organising conference logistics (flights, hotels etc), company events and parties etc (of which you be a key part obviously!)
The Background
The person can come from a variety of backgrounds, but will need to be highly organised, a logical thinker who can identify and solve challenges, and be outgoing and sociable. Previous experience in recruitment is not important – what is important is that the person is an excellent communicator, with the confidence to question someone to understand more about them, and with training and time, be able to attract the right people to help us grow. The person will have worked in a role before where they can demonstrate the above character traits and competencies. The person will also be a proficient user of Instagram with a level of competence in Social Media.

Pay: £23,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
