Job Title: Electrical Production Maintenance Technician Location: Mansfield, Notts Salary: 44,287.00 per annum Contract Details: Full time, permanent position Responsibilities: Provide technical support for manufacturing and site operations Perform preventive and corrective electrical and maintenance tasks Ensure safety compliance and adherence to procedures Identify and implement line and process improvements Participate in maintenance and improvement of plant equipment Contribute to training line staff and apprentices Produce wiring diagrams and perform PLC programming Respond quickly to electrical issues and minimise downtime Support technical projects when required Conduct annual performance reviews Key result areas: Maintain high line efficiency through quick response to electrical problems Meet quality standards and reduce non-quality costs Ensure compliance with safety regulations Maintain well-maintained and clean work areas Candidate Requirements: Technical electrical engineering qualification Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing environment Knowledge of safety, hygiene, and quality procedures Proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, and wiring diagrams Strong understanding of manufacturing principles and importance of procedures Familiarity with EHS, HACCP, and Food Safety regulations Working Pattern: - 8-hour shifts on a rotating schedule (Days 06:00-14:00, Afternoons 14:00-22:00, Nights 22:00-06:00) from Monday to Friday - Seasonal hours policy: 5 days per week during peak season, 4 days per week off-peak season (Friday off), with no impact on pay Benefits: - Health Care: Access to Plan level 4 for essential healthcare and well-being services - Pension: Flexible contribution options with company matching up to 9% Join a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our client, a leading engineering organisation.
