Managing the full recruitment process, from initial engagement to candidate placement and beyond. Requirements: A university degree, with a strong interest in finance, sales, or recruitment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to engage senior-level professionals. A results-driven attitude, with resilience and determination to succeed in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in recruitment or sales is advantageous but not essential.
