About The Role: Days of Working: Monday to Friday Contract Type: Fixed term, maternity cover. Key Responsibilities: Provide reporting/updates to operational teams or others as necessary to demonstrate the fulfilment of contract requirements. Ensure client and internal systems are updated within set timescales throughout the life of the job. Respond to all customer chases/escalations within internal SLAs. Closing of tasks appropriately. Produce relevant information and updates required for inclusion in client/contract reports. Mitigate risk against performance penalties for failures by ensuring all applications and invoices are submitted on time. In line with contractual requirements. Key Hiring Criteria: Experience working within facilities management is (desirable?. Good understanding and experience with Microsoft Office software packages and general IT knowledge. including intermediate Excel are essential for this position. Experience in using CAFM or other management systems. Prior experience in a similar role desirable. Knowledge of using Concept Evolution and Sharepoint (desirable).
