Working hours: 37 Hours (7.24 Monday – Friday)
Contract Type: Full Time/Fixed Term for 24 months
Location: Ty Penallta /Working hours can be split between home and office depending on specific task requirements.
This is an exciting opportunity to join Team Caerphilly and provide support across the wider Human Resources Team.
We pay an attractive salary of £34,314 - £37,035 and offer access to training and development opportunities.
Caerphilly Council is seeking to appoint a Recruitment Officer to work in a team dedicated to support the organisation with its recruitment and also to be an integral part of the wider HR team.

For the role, we ask that you have:
A relevant Level 3 qualification on the Credit and Qualifications Framework for Wales.
Knowledge of employment law and relevant regulations.
Experience of working within a HR service.
A full UK Category B (Cars) driving licence and the use of a motor vehicle insured for business / work purposes to travel and transport exhibition equipment and attend events across the county borough.
