The Impact you will have:
* Follow company Health and Safety guidelines at all times, ensuring colleagues and customers are safe.
* Deliver industry-leading business performance to exceed regional targets. Ensure purchase order numbers are obtained before starting chargeable work.
* Maintain effective communication, keeping all relevant parties informed and managing expectations.
* Control and monitor work in progress, ensuring jobs are completed in a timely manner and invoiced when finished, in line with department KPIs.
* Manage supplier performance according to SLA’s and escalate issues when necessary.
* Promote team working ethic and support colleagues as needed.
* Answer calls in line with KPI’s.
* Problem solve effectively and take ownership of issues to resolution.
* Support compliance activities when required.
* Monitor and manage out-of-hours activity as required by Tarmac.
* Assist in training new team members.
* Identify and optimise business opportunities to generate additional revenue.
* Perform any reasonable task requested by a Regional Line Manager.
