We are a multi-award-winning marketing, data, and transformation consultancy based in central London, supporting clients with various services ranging from end-to-end digital transformations to marketing and CRM campaign outsourcing.
The Role
We are looking for a Graduate with up to 1 year of experience as a junior campaign executive to join our CRM Operations team at entry level. This position will suit a bright, ambitious individual with a marketing degree or postgraduate diploma, or someone with a data or IT-related background looking to enter the marketing field.
This role will involve working on digital marketing campaigns across a range of digital channels. The successful candidate will be required to build an in-depth knowledge of our campaign management tools and processes for several clients. Responsibilities include conducting Quality Assurance of email campaigns and supporting the setup, testing, and deployment of campaigns on various ESP platforms. The candidate will report to one of our MarTech Enablement Leads and collaborate closely with our creative production, data, and project management teams.
Candidates must possess an excellent eye for detail, be numerical, process-driven, and fast learners. They will work as part of a fast-paced, client-responsive team. A strong support structure and specific training on platforms and QA standards will be provided, but we are looking for someone who can hit the ground running to support multiple accounts and campaigns from day one. This position is ideal for someone with a logical mindset, eager to start a career in the marketing industry. The candidate will gain experience working with leading international brands across various sectors including Transport, Sports, Media, Financial Services, Automotive, and Utilities. We anticipate that the successful candidate will quickly grow and expand their role as the team develops and we continue to win new work.
Specific Tasks
Quality Assurance:
1. Quality-assuring campaign content and creative.
2. Quality-assuring campaign rendering and functionality.
3. Maintaining QA process documentation and logging QA checklists.
Campaign Setup and Deployment:
1. Data selection and manipulation of target audiences.
2. Maximizing the use of campaign management tool features to set up and deploy scheduled, automated, and triggered campaigns.
3. Campaign setup quality assurance, including end-to-end testing.
4. Timely deployment of campaigns.
Creation and update of reporting dashboards.
Email updates using our Email Studio.
Providing helpdesk user support to clients.
Working Hours and Location
This is a full-time role based at our Kensington Offices, with potential travel to client sites.
Skills and Attributes
Must Have:
* Pixel-perfect attention to detail.
* Competent proofreader with excellent grammar knowledge.
* Good communication skills and a willingness to learn.
* Good time management skills and proven ability to multitask.
* Ability to interact directly with clients and build strong relationships.
* Confident with Microsoft Excel.
Nice to Have (for candidates with 1 year plus experience):
* Experience or exposure to one or more of the following ESPs: Adestra, Salesforce Marketing Cloud (ExactTarget), Acoustic (Silverpop), Braze, DotDigital, Eloqua, Adobe Campaign, Bloomreach.
* Exposure to PeopleStage, Faststats, Adobe Target, Litmus, Email on Acid.
* Knowledge of HTML and CSS.
* Quality assurance experience.
* Copywriting and subediting skills.
* Understanding of email, social, mobile, and display best practices.
* Particular interest in Digital Marketing.
* Confidence in presenting both internally and externally.
