Responsibilities:
* To be an effective communicator with customers and colleagues.
* Deliver excellent customer service, at all times.
* Serve and present beverages, quickly & efficiently, at a good standard.
* Assist in keeping the bar and venue clean and safe in line with policies and procedures, at all times.
* Keep up to date with current promotions and new products.
* Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training, and attending briefings & team meetings.
* Always adhere to Tap N Tin’s Health & Safety Policy, Training Guidance and licensing laws.
* Support Tap N Tin in its fire evacuation procedure undertaking fire marshal training.
* Support the implementation of Tap N Tin’s Health & Safety Policy.
* Represent Tap N Tin in a professional manner and follow all appropriate policies & procedures.
* Adhere to the uniform policy: Black Shoes/Trainers, Black Jeans/Trousers, Black formal Shirt and staff name badge & lanyard; Wearing hi vis when carrying out specific duties.
* Wear a radio earpiece at all times, and use radio to communicate with colleagues.
* Assist with cleaning and waste disposal during opening and close down.
* Support the promotion of events and the venue.
* Any other floor duties; e.g. covering pay window, back gate or cloakroom.
* Operate inline with all standard operating procedures at all times.
* Any other duties, as directed by manager, assistant manager, or team leaders.
