We have an opportunity for a HSEQ Manager to work for an exciting growing client in a manufacturing setting. As the HSEQ Manager, you will lead and complete inspections, whilst continually looking for areas of improvement across the business.

Responsibilities:
1. Carry out quality checks on manufactured products to ensure that they meet high quality standards.
2. Ensure all processes are kept up to date and reviewed regularly.
3. Carry out supply chain audits where necessary.
4. Lead and complete HSE related investigations determining root causes and supporting the embedment of lessons learnt.
5. Chair and support quarterly QHSE committee meetings.
6. Look for areas we can improve on as a business and help to support the project manager in implementing change.
7. Ensure that Fabrications products are delivered to the required design and standard by supporting the Fabrications team and auditing the pre-delivery quality inspection process.
8. Carry out regular 1-2-1's with direct reports.
What do we need from you?
1. Understanding of ISO accreditations 9001, 45001 & 14001
2. Previous experience in an HSEQ role with a stronger emphasis on quality control
3. Good influencing skills sets and able to communicate effectively at all levels.
4. Strong IT skills
5. NEBOSH Construction Certificate or equivalent
6. Educated to degree level or several years experience in the industry
7. IEMA status (desirable)
8. Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment
