We are searching for Vehicle Technicians / Mechanics for our Hartlepool dealership.
We are now adopting a Monday - Friday work pattern in aid of creating a better work/life balance for our aftersales department. Overtime is available on the weekend at 1.5x rate.

Package Details:
* Competitive basic salaries up to £34,000, (based on experience and qualifications)
* Potential earnings are un-capped with an average OTE of over £42,000 per annum
* A sign on bonus paying £1,000 upon joining and an additional £1,000 after successful probation period.

Responsibilities:
* Diagnosing and resolving mechanical and electrical issues in vehicles
* Undertaking vehicle repairs and maintenance, ensuring adherence to manufacturer specifications and guidelines
* Providing accurate and detailed reports on vehicle condition, work performed and recommendations for further repairs or maintenance.
* Collaborating effectively with other team members to deliver exceptional service and meet customer expectations
Minimum Requirements:
* Level 3 NVQ in automotive maintenance and repair (or equivalent)
* Experience within a dealership or service centre environment.
* Valid Driver’s license
Desirables (Not essential but preferred):
* Apprentice trained
* Experience with diagnostic software and tools
* Valid MOT Tester License
