In this generalist HR role, you'll be the heartbeat of our people agenda. From partnering with leaders on organisational change to supporting growth, engagement, and performance, you’ll influence at every level and make an impact where it really matters.
What you'll be doing:
1. Partnering with managers to deliver people-focused solutions that drive results
2. Supporting organisational change and transformation initiatives
3. Leading on employee relations, workforce planning, and talent management
4. Coaching leaders and building capability across the business
5. Rolling up your sleeves to get stuck into everything from policy to culture
What you'll bring:
1. Proven HR generalist experience in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment
2. Credible, pragmatic, and commercially-minded
3. A natural relationship-builder and change champion
4. Comfortable with complexity, ambiguity, and juggling priorities
5. CIPD-qualified (or equivalent experience)
