Our client is looking for a pro active, hard working and compujter literate individual to work in a busy office within a small team who is focused on delivering a positive experience to thier clients, contractors, engineers and site residents. As a customer service assistant you will work at a company and get hands on experience. You will gain new skills and work along side experienced staff. What you will do as a customer service assistant : Handling cient purchase orders (POs) and enquiries as they arrive by email and telephone Managing and allocationg POs in line with business processes to ensure customer delivery is consistent Accurately processing data into customer management sytems and field management software The effective planning of engineer schedules The management of approved contractor work orders The preperation of high-quality service, maintenance and emergency response reports for clients The preperation and calculation of POs and quotations Assisting with the creation and continuous improvement of business processes Participation in training and development We need you to be able to take ownership for the quality of customer service and satifisfaction. As a custoimer service assiatant you will be the first point of call and there will be lots of interactions and working with clients, contractors and site residents. We offer a training course to be confirmed as day release as one day per week and must be able to attend Wigan & Leigh college to complete a Level 2 as a customer service practitioner.
