Assisting in the delivery of technology enhancing projects, working alongside our IT and Operations Project Coordinators.
Providing hands-on, first line IT support to the Business with the assistance of our IT Project Coordinator and Managed IT Support Provider where necessary.
Liaising with and escalating issues to third party software vendors and support partners to provide successful and timely resolutions.
Supporting data management, control, and reporting.
Performing setup, deployment & IT equipment provision to staff.
Occasional hardware maintenance of PCs and printers.
Day to day responsibilities:

Minimum Requirements:
* IT Systems/Support experience.
* Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 premium office suite.
* Advanced Excel user.
* Knowledge of Active Directory Users & Groups.
* Basic network comprehension of TCP/IP & DNS.
* Ability to troubleshoot hardware issues (desktops, laptops, printers & mobiles).
Desirable Skills:
* Microsoft 365 Admin Centre experience.
* SQL Management Studio.
* Microsoft Dynamics Business Central & Mobile Nav.
* Microsoft Teams & SharePoint admin.
* Microsoft Power BI.
* Microsoft Intune MDM.
* Conditional Access and Authenticator MFA.
