Salary: Up to £63,000.00 per year

We are seeking a highly experienced Manager with extensive experience in performance, utilisation and process improvement. In addition, external experience of organizations such as Alliance, In Health or Diagnostic Imaging is crucial.
Applicants should meet the following criteria:
1. Degree or Diploma in Diagnostic Radiography.
2. Healthcare Professional Council (HCPC) registration.
3. Management / supervisory experience within a multi-modality imaging department.
4. IT familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Duties of this role include:
1. To provide clinical & business leadership and strategic direction to the Imaging Department by;
2. Developing and managing service delivery within the area of responsibility with a high degree of professionalism ensuring effective deployment, utilisation and control of all resources while providing a high quality, responsive, patient focused service.
3. As a member of the Management Team contribute to the strategic, operational and business development of the hospital.
