Role Overview:
As a Health Protection Case Manager, you'll play a crucial role in supporting the delivery of our Health Protection prevention activities across our communities and settings. Your focus will be on providing support and leadership on health protection prevention projects, including the management and organisation of response activities for infectious diseases.
Responsibilities Include:
1. Leading health protection prevention projects, collaborating with statutory and non-statutory agencies, as well as community and voluntary organizations.
2. Supporting the local outbreak plan by coordinating response activities and working closely with partners and local communities.
3. Designing, developing, and interpreting health protection programs, utilizing your project management skills and commitment to public health principles.
4. Establishing and maintaining relationships across organisations, including voluntary and faith sectors, to promote effective collaboration.
5. Providing proactive information to support planning and decision-making processes.
6. Working weekends and bank holidays as needed to fulfill job responsibilities.
