Key Responsibilities:
* Launch and expand new territories, hiring and managing teams, and driving strategic growth.
* Maximise sales opportunities and increase brand awareness within your region.
* Lead daily operations and ensure customer satisfaction through high-quality service.
* Build relationships, manage technicians, and drive operational excellence.
* Prepare and position the business for future sale, maximising its value.
Requirements:
* Strong management experience with a growth-focused mindset.
* Proven commercial skills within the drainage and plumbing sector.
* Strong business development, sales, and team leadership experience.

This role will be based on the South Coast with local travel as and when required. Salary range: £60,000 - £70,000 + benefits.
