Job summary
This is a temporary Registered Nurse role at Spencer House Care Home in Northamptonshire, where you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to residents as well as acting as the person in charge and standing in for the Manager as required. Main duties of the job
As a Registered Nurse at Avery Healthcare, your focus will be to act as the person in charge, standing in for the Manager as required, and ensuring high standards of care for the residents. This will involve undertaking nursing tasks such as medication distribution, dressings, catheterization, tube feeding, and management of chronic medical conditions. You will also be responsible for advising families and GPs of any changes in resident condition, and for the effective deployment and supervision of the care team. ABOUT THE ROLE

Other responsibilitieswillinclude:

5. Hold a First Level qualification and current NMC Registration.
6. Demonstrate a minimum 2years experienceand up to date knowledge of care,supported by relevant post-basic studies/qualification.

8. Have sound knowledge of care planning and its practical application.
